Managed Pricing is now available in Creator Hub under Monetization. It combines Regional Pricing, which adapts prices across markets, with Price Optimization, which tests demand, conversion and spending signals. Existing items using Regional Pricing migrate automatically; new games and newly created eligible items are enrolled by default, with item-level and bulk opt-out controls.
Roblox says tests run at least every 90 days, or sooner when prices may be stale. A small user group sees alternate prices for a limited period, creators receive at least seven days' notice, and a test can be rescheduled. An optimized price is applied only if the experiment shows positive incremental total revenue; creators can still override a result or remove an item.
The company reports that games using regional pricing saw 4–10% higher Robux spend on average, 1–6% more players and playtime, and 43–52% more pass purchases in discounted regions. Eligible creators using Price Optimization averaged 4% higher earnings, while Slap Battles exceeded 15%. These are Roblox's aggregate and case-study figures, not a guaranteed result for every game.
