Beaming is Roblox slang for stealing accounts or items through phishing, fake links and cookie theft — the platform's most common scam.

A 'beamer' tricks a victim into giving access: fake free-Robux sites, poisoned browser extensions, 'verification' Discord bots or stolen session cookies. Once inside, they strip limiteds and rare items within minutes.
Protection is boring and effective: enable 2-step verification, never enter your password outside roblox.com, never paste session cookies and treat every giveaway link as sus. Items lost to beaming are rarely restored, so prevention is the whole game.
